It is 19 degrees out so I figured what not a better time to write about spring break?! I have been dreaming of the 80-degree weather I will be experiencing in three short weeks!  If you are also going to a warm destination (praise the LORD), then here are a few things you will want to pack in your bag!

Spring break is usually about a week-long so you really don’t need to bring more than two bags. I will be using my two favorite bags from Quilted Koala! Both bags, the duffel and large tote, are from Quilted Koala’s Joyful collection. I really love these bags because they are very spacious, easy to carry around, and obviously stylish! I also really love how the large tote is versatile and can be used as a beach bag!

blog42. A GOOD READ

You may already be tired from having to read a lot for your classes, but put those books aside and pick up one that you can get lost in. I really am not a fan of staying in the sun for a long period of time, but my friends love it. I honestly get bored really easily, but if I read a book while laying out then time goes by so much quicker. I am currently reading Amy Poehler’s Yes Please and it is hilarious. I highly recommend it!

I’ll be the first to admit of having borderline panic attacks while trying on swimsuits. I suggest not going to try on bathing suits after eating Chipotle for lunch, not a good idea. While it can be stressful, it doesn’t have to be. Pick bathing suits that will look best on your body type and ones that you feel most comfortable in! These are a few of my favorite styles from asos.

Most of your time during spring break will be spent outside basking (I love that word) in the sun. Give your face a break from your normal makeup routine and opt for a BB cream during the day. I have used this BB cream from COVERGIRL and really liked it!

A hat is always a must for a beach vacation. Who wants to waste time doing their hair when they could be outside getting a tan?! Throwing on a cute hat is the easiest option and what I will be doing almost everyday. My Southern Shirt Company embroidered cotton logo hat in Spruce Green will be my go to!

I ordered this romper from asos last week and am so excited to receive it! I like that I will be able to use it as a cover up and also something I can wear for dinner. I am more likely to wear a dress or romper instead of shorts because I think they are more comfortable. I actually think I own more rompers than shorts!  I love how this romper  flows and is casual. Also who doesn’t love the little pom poms on the bottom? adorable

Are you guys going anywhere for spring break?!  Comment below some items that you can’t live without on spring break!

Love your blog! I have been a huge fan of your youtube and insta for a while, and now I am following your blog. You have such a great style!

Thank you so much for the sweet comment! I appreciate your loyalty! 🙂

Those bags are adorable. I’m just finishing Yes Please as well. Love that Ms. Poehler’s humor comes through even as she writes about some of life’s more serious challenges (like learning how to admit when you are wrong). Have a great time on spring break!
